Next, I will be talking about the Spartan's leaders in different battles and what were their different accomplishments. First we will start out with King Leonidas. To start out with things, King Leonidas led the Spartan's in the Battle Of Thermopylae. King Leonidas was the king of the city-state Sparta from 490 B.C. until his death during the Battle of Thermopylae against the Persian army in 480 B.C. The leader of the Battle Of Salamis was Xerxes 1. He ruled from 486 BC until his murder in 465 BC. The rulers of the Battle Of Chaeronea were Alexander The Great, Phillip 2 Of Macedonia, and Chares Of Athens.
